Is the appearance (of a party to a case) before the Administrative court obligatory?

Answer: The appearance of a party to a case before the Administrative court – Montana is not obligatory for appellants, including defendants and the interested parties.
The appearance before the court is mandatory in such cases when the person is summoned as a witness or an expert, which is expressly specified in the summon.

Where one can obtain any copies of documents, attached to the cases, and where to lodge the deposit receipts regarding the state fees due?

Answer: The lodging and the receiving of any documents /copies of documents under the cases heard will be performed by the “Record Keeping” Service and under cases with effective sentences – by the Record Office.
